Price of goods

The total price of goods/services being purchased through Educational Toys Online includes all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are provided at checkout and are a flat rate of $9.95 unless a valid shipping coupon has been applied.

Transaction currency

The total price of goods/services being purchased through Educational Toys Online is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Educational Toys Online sells and ships in Australia only.

Shipping

Educational Toys Online will ship all online orders within Australia for a flat rate fee of $9.95. Please note that we do not ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes.

Your order will be packaged within 48 hours once payment is received and you should allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Delays may occur from time to time. If this is the case, our team will inform you as soon as is practicable.

Purchase transactions will appear on your card statement/bill under the name of Scope Clinical and Educational Services Pty Ltd.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that our customers are happy with the items purchased from our online store. If you are not happy with your purchase, you are able to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. A full refund or exchange will be issued using your original payment method.

Refunds will not include original postage costs. The return of goods due to cancellation of order or change of mind will be at the purchaser’s expense.

All returns MUST include the manufacturer’s original packaging. Returned items must be sent back with original wrapping unopened, in a saleable condition. Please note that by saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.

This does not apply to defective or faulty products. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

Please contact us to discuss the issue with a defective or faulty product and arrange for its return and repair or replacement.
